Endo Ultrasonic Cleaner Ultrasonic Activator Ultrasonic Irrigator Rogin Dental Ultra Max for Root Canal Treatment
Working Principle
Using ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation to activate the irrigation fluid in the root canal to produce cavitation, acoustic current, chemical and thermal effects, etc., combined with mechanical irrigation and the sterilization effect of the irrigation fluid itself, the root canal can be cleaned more effectively.
Product Performance
1 | Remove dentin detritus, microorganisms and their metabolites. |
2 | Lubricate the tube wall and facilitate the root canal forming and reduce the chance of instrument breaking in the root canal. |
3 | Decontamination layer. |
4 | Dissolve the remaining pulp tissue. |
Experimental theory
Ultrasonic devices, like the Endo Ultra are 89% effective in cleaning of the canals completely free from dentine debris, compared to the sonic group of 5.5%-6.7%. Activation of the irrigant resulted in significantly more dentin debris removal; ultrasonic activation was significantly more efficient than sonic activation.
