Reamers With Tactile Plastic Handles
Reamers are used for initial debridement of root canals. Start with smallest numbers and use each next larger size in turn to prevent jamming and straying from course of root canal. Spiral cutting edges carry dentinal tissue away from apex. Use in clockwise direction (1/4 turn only).
